We have a Strategic Approach to Training

We do it in three stages

Fact finding conversations in which we discuss with you what you are looking for, what are the needs of your organisation and where there are benefits to your team from all aspects of a Training Needs Assessment

Stage 1

An analysis, by our expert Assessors and Coordinators to design a Training Plan which fits in with the Training Needs Assessment and delivers a rounded course which can be followed with a minimum disruption to the working patterns of the organisation

Stage 2

Agree with you and your staff the delivery of the Training with defined timescales, realistic goals and to confirm the personal relationship with the members of out team who will be the supporters of both you and your staff.

Stage 3

Our method works well and provides an interactive and dynamic approach to the training needs of your organisation and its staff. We tailor the process to provide the best and most appropriate outcomes for you.
